The laws of Malta (EU) will govern these Terms, as well as all matters related to your account with us. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of New Zealand, provided such dispute cannot be resolved amicably by negotiation.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, so you should review them periodically for changes that may affect your use of our Services.

14. Responsible Gaming

It is a condition of this Agreement that we have the ability to block access to all gambling services on individual devices or through IP blocking where required by law.
